How do I book a consultation?
Use the appointment form, WhatsApp us on +254 745 785837 or call the clinic. An appointment request becomes confirmed when the front desk contacts you.
Can I choose my dermatologist?
Yes. Choose Dr Ali Albeity, Dr Aisha Ahmed or First available. Dr Ali’s clinic days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; Dr Aisha’s are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please contact the clinic to confirm availability.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a list of current medicines and skincare products, and any relevant previous reports. Please discuss your medical history privately with your dermatologist rather than sending it through the website.
What are the clinic opening hours?
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday is closed. Please contact the clinic to confirm public holiday hours and your dermatologist’s availability.
Where is LUMIÈRE Clinic located?
Find us at Maganjo Building, 2nd Floor, Nyerere Road, next to Biashara Building. Contact the clinic for directions before travelling.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Use the private manage-appointment link shown after submitting your request, or contact the front desk with your booking reference. Any new appointment time must be confirmed by the clinic.

How many sessions will I need?
The number and spacing of sessions vary by concern and procedure. Your dermatologist will discuss a plan after assessment; the website does not promise a fixed number of sessions.
