What we collect and why
To arrange appointments and answer enquiries, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, selected doctor or service, appointment preferences and your consent. Please do not send medical histories, identification documents or sensitive photographs through website forms. Clinical information is discussed privately with your care team.
How we use and protect information
Authorised clinic staff use these details to contact you, manage appointments and respond to your enquiry. Contact details submitted through the website are encrypted in the application database. We use access controls and secure connections on our production website. Booking references and appointment information are shared with you and staff as needed to coordinate care.
Service providers and messages
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this website and deliver messages. WhatsApp links open a third-party service subject to its own privacy terms. Optional messaging integrations will be identified here before activation. The embedded Google Maps location sends normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Google when the map loads. Google processes this under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your contact details or send promotional messages without separate permission.
Cookies and optional analytics
A session cookie supports secure forms and staff login. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Optional visit and button-click statistics are recorded only if you accept analytics. These events do not include names, contact details, medical information or private appointment links. You can change your preference using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Patient photographs
Patient photographs and testimonials require specific permission for publication. AI-generated lifestyle photography on this website is illustrative and does not show patients, treatment outcomes or members of staff.
Retention and your rights
Appointment enquiries are retained only as needed to coordinate care and fulfil applicable obligations. The clinic will provide its applicable retention period on request. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, subject to clinical and legal recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent without affecting care.
